Return & Refund Policy

At My Anime Shoes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.

1. Return Window

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Valid Reasons for Returns

We accept returns and provide replacements/refunds if the item is faulty due to an error on our part, including:

  • The product received is the wrong item or damaged during transit.
  • The product is flawed or has manufacturing defects.
  • The print quality is poor or blurry.
  • The product is significantly different from the representation on our website.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

Reason Who Pays for Shipping?
Defective/Wrong Item My Anime Shoes (We will provide a replacement or cover costs)
Customer Remorse (Changed mind, wrong size ordered) Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge a restocking fee on any returns.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@myanimeshoes.com.

5. Evidence Requirements

To process your request efficiently, please email us with the following proof:

For Wrong Product or Quality Issues:

  • Clear photos of the product you received.
  • A photo of the shipping label attached to the package.

For Size Issues:

Since our shoes are made-to-order, please provide:

  • Photo of the tag size on the outsole/tongue.
  • A photo measuring the length of the insole with a ruler (as shown below).
  • A photo of the shipping label.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

Because our products are custom-made, you have a 2-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or modification. After 2 hours, the order is sent to production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
