📦 Order & Production

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

Because every pair of My Anime Shoes is made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for you, we have a processing (handling) time of 6-8 business days before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 7-12 business days depending on your location.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but you must act fast. You have a 02-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or modification. After 2 hours, your order enters production and cannot be altered.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to fans across the globe, including the US, Canada, Australia, UK, and most European and Asian countries. Please check our Shipping Policy for a full list of supported destinations.

Q: How do I track my package?

Once your shoes leave our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that it can take 5-7 business days for the tracking system to update after the package is scanned.

Q: Will I be charged customs or import duties?

Our products are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). While most orders pass without issue, any local customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: How do I choose the correct shoe size?

We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We strongly recommend measuring your foot length and comparing it to our chart before ordering. Since our shoes are custom-made, we cannot offer exchanges for wrong size choices.

Q: Are these shoes comfortable for daily wear?

Absolutely! Our sneakers are designed with high-quality EVA outsoles for traction and durability, combined with breathable mesh/canvas uppers and cushioned insoles for all-day comfort.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. We accept returns if the product is defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong item. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

If your product is faulty, please email us at support@myanimeshoes.com with photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
