Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Because every pair of My Anime Shoes is custom-crafted and made-to-order, our production process begins shortly after an order is placed. Please review our specific policies regarding cancellations and exchanges below.
1. Order Cancellations & Modifications
We understand that minds can change. However, due to our rapid production cycle for custom footwear, we offer a strict window for changes:
Eligibility Window: Your order is only eligible for cancellation or modification within 02 hours of placing the order.
After this 2-hour window, the order is locked for processing, materials are allocated, and the production process begins. Beyond this point, we can no longer cancel or modify the order.
To request a cancellation or change:
Please email us immediately at support@myanimeshoes.com with your Order Number and the specific details of the change you wish to make.
2. Exchange Policy
Since our products are uniquely manufactured for each customer, we do not offer general exchanges for "change of mind" or "wrong size choice" after the item has been produced. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or due to an error on our part.
We offer replacements for:
- Items that arrived damaged or defective.
- Production errors (wrong design, wrong color, or significant quality issues).
- Shipping errors (incorrect item received).
3. How to Request an Exchange
- Send an email to support@myanimeshoes.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect product.
- Our customer service team will review your claim. If approved, we will provide you with a return address and process a replacement for the same item at no additional cost to you.
4. Return Shipping
If the exchange is due to a defect or our error, My Anime Shoes will be responsible for the replacement costs. For any other authorized returns, customers may be responsible for their own shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
